The Eye!…This strange being appeared simply as a flaming eyeball in the sky. It could speak and generate deadly rays of heat. It could fly and hover, and materialize just about anywhere. The Eye could expand and shrink and, besides shooting bolts of flame and power rays, it was also capable of projecting a searchlight beam. Although it often operated on its own it also teamed up with a Jack Barrister to fight crime. A symbol of the haunting voice of man's inner conscience!- that all powerful force that causes evil deeds to boomerang and destroy those who plot them! Time or distance means nothing to the Eye, as he wreaks his terrible vengeance in all four corners of the World! At times, it operates as a being that helps people help themselves against the evil machinations of others ala DC's Phantom Stranger.
